Mary and Joseph is located in the heart of Valparaiso on 631 South Iver Street. The mass time for Saturday night masses are 6:30. For Sunday the times are 8:00 and 10:00 with coffe and rolls between the two masses on the second week of each month. Confessions are heard by our pries, Msgr. Hurbek, starting at 5:30 Saturday till about 10 minutes before mass.
As you may have heard, Msgr. Seeker was assigned to Sts. Mary and Josephs church around summer time of 2009. Now he has taken up the duty of being a monk in a monestary down in New Mexico. He told us about his departure in January and told us he has been contemplating whether he would go for a long time. He went to a retreat over Christmas break and that made his decision a little easier. As on now he have Msgr. Hurbek until we are assigned a new priest in June.
