Reunion Night 2007 a Great Success
Reunion Night 2007 welcomed over 350 alumni, family
members, current and former faculty, and guests who came
together to reminisce and rekindle past friendships.
While we honored the classes of 1962, 1967, 1972, 1977,
1982, 1987 we realize that affection for friends made
while attending Bishop Neumann is not limited to one's
class year. It was wonderful to see so many alumni,
beyond the honored classes, attend this year's Reunion,
renewing ties to the School and friends from other
graduating classes.
For the last three year we have also celebrated a decade
of alumni at Bishop Neumann. This year?s "80's Reunion
Night" was also a great success. We didn't see any Hang
10 T's, Izod polo shirts, big hair or feathered bangs,
but we did see a fabulous night of food, fun and
friends. The class of 1982 won the prize of the most in
attendance as they celebrated their 25th
reunion. All the Alumni in attendance were able to
flashback in time by enjoying a power point presentation
of pictures from their decade. Another big hit was
scrapbooks and yearbooks placed on the tables reserved
for their graduating class.
We are again hoping for bigger and better next year as
we again bring to Wahoo the alumni of the 1960's. The
night will also be for those classes who are celebrating
special reunions. This year's classes will be those that
end in three and eight. Anyone from those classes who
would like more information about the evening, just send
a note to Neumann or email Alumni Director Sheri Meduna.
The Alumni Office enjoyed hosting all the returning
alumni. Thank you to all who attended and made Reunion
2007 a success

2007 Friends of Neumann Golf Tournament
The
Annual Friends of Neumann Golf Tournament was again a
great success! On Saturday August 11, 2007 eight teams
of Cavalier alumni and friends enjoyed a beautiful
course, delicious lunch and wonderful prizes. This
year's top team was "Team Snitily", a team consisting of
Coach Paul Johnson along with Ermin Snitily '63
and his boys Dave Snitily '86 and Mike Snitily
'87. Coming in a close second was "Team Dailey",
whose team members were Tom Dailey '79, Terry
Dailey '79, Pat Dailey '76 and his son Matt
Dailey '00. Special thanks goes to Pat Sullivan
'70 (current Neumann golf coach) for organizing the
event.
In 2007, more than $1700 was deposited in
the Guardian Angel Fund. This fund was set up to provide
Guardian Angel Scholarships to Neumann students. These
scholarships help families who are experiencing
financial difficulties send their children to Neumann.
The golf outing for 2008 will be Saturday August 9,
2008, at Hiltop Country Club.
